The initial quote given for my IPhone 3GS was £97 but I was then told the offer had been reduced to £45 due to excessive scratching on the screen. The phone had a screen protecter on! I called the company to complain and was told nobody could help me and they would call me back. They didn't - no great surprise. I called them again and they managed to spot the screen protector that time. However, they still wouldn't pay the initial offer price - this time due to scratches on the back of the phone - a total lie! They offered me £75, which I accepted because I couildn't be bothered with any more aggravation, plus they would have charged me £5 to send the phone back. I was sent an email 2 weeks ago to say payment had been made but it still hasn't appeared in my account. Looks like I'll be calling them again tomorrow. I wish I had checked the review sites more thouroughly before I sent these con artists my phone.
