Bozowi are by far the fastest payers on the net, not only did they put the money in my account the same day, They even paid me the full price for my brand new iphone, I would never use any other buyers out there

I used Bozowi as they advertised the highest price for my mobile phone. I sent it to them (after they provided a pre-paid envelope), and a couple of days later I received an email to say they had found the handset to be water-damaged. Well, the screen did have a stain on from when I attempted to attach a screen protector, and the water seeped into the sides of the handset. This happened on the day after I bought the handset and I'd used the phone for the next 3 years without any problems whatsoever. As a result, Bozowi reduced their offer from £62 to just £18, due to the stain on the screen. Not too happy at this point, so I paid £10 for the return of the phone as I was not prepared to accept such a reduced offer. When I received my phone back, the way it had been re-packaged had damaged the handset, where the charger was pressed into the camera's flashlight section, damaging the phone. I sent an email to Bozowi with clear pictures of the damage that had been caused by their operative repackaging the phone. Brendan at Bozowi emailed me to say that he needed to refer this matter to their insurers and would come back to me a couple of days later. Three days later, Brendan actually called me and said outright that he'd like to sort out this matter immediately, and asked me what it would take to accept a settlement. I said I'd like the original £62 I was expecting, and he immediately accepted this. He said it would take a couple of days to get sorted and would pay directly into my account, as I provided my bank details with the original order. I'm very glad to say that my bank account did get credited, but not with the £62 agreed, but for £72, which I assume was the refund of the cost of returning my handset to me that I'd paid for. I'm glad to say that even though there was a hiccup in the process, that Bozowi handled the whole situation with a professional attitude, kept me in the picture as matters progressed, and I received what I expected to receive, plus the refund of the P+P I paid for it's return. Can't complain overall with the situation, even if it did take a bit longer than I had thought it would take i.e. 2 weeks, not 2 days, due to the damage to the phone when they sent it back.

I am very upset with the way I have been treated by this company, I found an Iphone 5 in all Innocence in a taxi, the driver did not want it when I told him it was on the back seat, he said he is fed up finding phones and having problems locating the phone to there owners. So I kept the phone on charge hoping the owner would call the phone but they never did, so I found a number and called a friend of the owner and told them I had the phone in my possession they told me they was not interested the owner had got a new phone. So I waited for 3 weeks and decided to sell it, I sent it to this company and they came back to me that the phone is blocked if I cannot get it unblocked they will keep it, it has shown that it has been lost but they are treating me like a criminal, they said they will deal with the necessary authorities, so they are more or less accusing me of stealing it I have never stolen anything in my life. If they keep the phone you cannot tell me that they wont unblock it themselves and get the money for it. I am going through all the necessary channels to get this phone back, I found it I am entitled to it back. I have contacting these people by phone they do not call you back do not deal with this company.

My son sent his phone to this lot, however despite the phone working fine when sent off, they found an (unspecified) software fault and paid him less. Surely if the phone is being refurbished then the software would be re-installed anyway, sounds like an excuse to offer a reduced price. We did think of asking to have it returned but they wanted to charge for that. I have used other phone recycling sites before and all have been better than this lot.

Fast service, the company sent automatic emails so there was no telephone calls asking silly questions, got my money the same day as this is the service I opted for. Will use them again so long as paying the highest!

Hi,
Not all recycling companies have the cash to pay instantly, some have to sell your phone first before they can pay you for it. This means long delays in payment.

This is not true. If the handset has been barred, we are legally not allowed to send it back or sell it on because it has been reported as lost or stolen, which is why we claim the money back from the seller.
I understand your position but other people sell us a phone, then deliberately claim on their insurance for a new phone, barring the one they have sold to us in the process.
If you believe you are entitled to it back, send us an email explaining why and we will look into it for you.
