I contacted Vodafone for a new phone due to my current contract coming to an end with them. They gave me a good deal due to being the Christmas Period. I went a head and ordered the phone and set up a new contract. The phone never arrived even though I had confirmation emails and texts stating that it was on its way. I have subsequently phoned them on a further three occasions to get the phone delivered each time getting an order confirmation. None of them ever turned up. I even had an order confirmation come through when I hadn't even spoken to Vodafone. I rang up to say that enough was enough and I wanted to cancel my contract. I spent 1 hour 12 minutes on 191 before I found somebody who could do this for me. They agreed to do this for me and said they would confirm this by email and text. Stupidly I put the phone down before they had done this. GUESS WHAT NO CONFIRMATION TEXT. I have never dealt with such a poor company and poor customer service. I cant believe it was so bad when I was trying to spend money with them. Oh well cancelled the direct debit and see if I get a response now.
