Recieved wrong type of sim for my phone. Had to pay for the right size. Topped my new phone up, by the next morning credit was gone. 15 in 6 hours. Did not receive any bundles i was supposed to get. Live chat is the only way to contact and it's never available. Had to google the number cause its hard as he'll to find. Couldn't call customer service from my phone because they'd took my credit and it's not bloody free!!!! Got charged on my house phone calling customer service went through all the options to be hung up on without even speaking to anyone. Will be unlocking my phone and switching to ee asap. The lack of customer service os shocking. Fuming. Don't even waste your time. If there was a negative rating I'd choose it
