I have been with vodafone a good many years I tried to upgrade my phone last week after being messed around for 30 minutes I asked to finish my contract to be put through to another department then they cut me off. I thought they would call me back but I am still waiting I have sent them a recorded delivery letter on the 24th September 2015 and still they have not come back to me so I have sent another letter today telling the I have cancelled my direct debit. I thought i might a one off who had a bad experience but it seems there is many of us. VODAFONE NEED TO GET THERE ACT TOGETHER FEEL SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEM
