Vodafone would have to be the worst company anyone on this earth would want to deal with. Five days with no TV, no sky and no internet. They couldn't give a dam. Spent nearly six hours one day trying to get service. Now been on the phone for 30 minutes and no action. This is a stalling tactic hoping that customers will just give up and not bother them. I have never got through to them in less than 45 minutes sometimes one and a half hours wait. Phone one time ran out of batteries. They take your money alright but heaven help us if we don't pay our account on time. It is time this company either started to learn about customer service or shut up shop. Can someone suggest another company I could go to for these services.
