After being with vodafone for over 12 years I decided to cancel my contract and go over to pay as you go as i was not using the free minutes and texts.
I phoned vodafone and asked to be swapped so I could keep my number and was told not a problem,contract finished on the 18th April and 5 days later I am still waiting for a sim you ring them and get passed to 4 different people because people there don't know their tum (b)from their elbow, and that's after waiting forever to get through, so now I have no service and no sim so now think it's time to give another provider a try as it seems if their getting your monthly fee that's all their worried about and if your pay as you go you don't matter
Appalling service.
