I've been with Vodafone for 8 years... about 2 years ago they started to go down hill fast.
They have marked my credit history saying I am a late payer for 3 months in a row.... when in-fact they just failed to apply credits registered on my account (for the terrible service they were providing). They continue to fail to correct these black marks even though I've been asking for 6 months.
Then, they did more of the same by marking my credit history as in default... for an iPad order that was cancelled two days after it was ordered and before the product was delivered. Needless to say they continue to fail to correct this black mark either.
They have now cost me my house purchase due to bad credit.
I believe, after almost a year of intense communication that in order to work for Vodafone, it's a prerequisite to be incompetent.
Don't use them. Don't even think about it.
