Well at first a must admit i was really happy with vodafone, they would check everything was ok n were very friendly. I am 21 months into a 24 month contract with them and have just paid 90 pound to get out of it early! They are terrible as soon as something goes wrong or you don't understand your bill. It is a joke over the past week i have sent emails that haven't been answered i have spoken to numerous advisors and just get passed from department to department. Ridiculous gave them every oppurtunity to help got sick and tired of explaining to them! Would be nice if you could ring up n speak to one person instead of saying one thing to one person theyy say ' is there anything else i can help with today' you say yes and they say 'oh i can't deal with that you will have to ring another department' yeah and spend another hour on the phone!!
If you want to pay high prices for incompetent, inadequate service then look no further!
