Ive been with vodafone for over 15 years.
Good points:
Good signal everywhere. I travel all over UK and Europe weekly and never had any problem with signal.
Bad points:
Most operatives in their call centre cant speak english to a level that makes them understood.
When I started with them I got a new phone every 12 months. Now I can only get a 24 month contract.
Prices have increased.
They do not reward loyalty in any way. Their new customers get better deals than I do. I spend at least £120 a month.
They make mistakes on your bill. I am fairly meticulus and keep copies of everything. In the past 24 months they have made 23 mistakes - which they eventually admitted to and refunded me. On most occasions I threaten to report them to an obudsman...guarentees compliance!
They have too many departments and no continuity. ie, you explain the problem to one "agent" who decides it should be delt with by another deptartment and subsequently passes you to them. You then have to explain the issue again......resulting in another "this is the wrong department", subsequent transfer....etc etc. Frustraiting!
