I have had very bad customer service from Vodafone from the get go! And it has not improved one bit!!! They promise to have sorted out your problem and a month later you see that the problem is still there! Vodafone are still taking money from my account for 2 mobile phones when I only have 1! I clearly returned the second mobile!! This is now the second time that I am having to call them!
My friend has had an encounter with them also- she ordered 2 mobiles with the understanding that she could transfer ownership to whomever she wants to after 3 months. To her knowledge, after 3 months- she changed ownership. A couple of months later she got a call saying that she has not paid her recent bill. She explained the situation and thought it had been sorted. She was given false reassurances right until the termination of her contract.
I can only say that once my contract is up for renewal, I will terminate my account with Vodafone! They are extremely incompetent! And I would not recommend them to anyone!

DONOT take a contract with vodafone!!! a complete utter wate of time, extremely poor cust service, had a samsung s4 which stopped turning on after 2 months, took it 2 vodafone who then sent it to their 'repair' centre which said the usb was water damaged and that they would send me a pic of this, they offered to repair for £100- which i refused to pay, they sent back the handset & still had the cheek to debit my account, i emailed samsung who very quickly ( within 3 days) collected the fone and sent it back repaired, they even sent a letter confirming the problem--- NOT water damage but a faulty manufacturing fault on the circuit board! as u can imagine i was furious with vodafone and asked to speak to a manager about this, i was promised a call back within 72 hours--- its now been almost 3weeks! iv returned the handset to vodafone along with cancelling my direct debit, and terminating my contract with them on the basis of pure and utter rubbish service
