I've had a problem with my phone being delivered but it is the delivery company DPD that case caused this problem. I have spoken to a very helpful lady called Sarah through the customer service helpline for Vodafone. After ten days of waiting she has gone out of her way to make sure it gets delivered for me and let me off a percentage of my next bill for having to wait so long. I hope someone reads this and promotes her! Deservant and genuinely cares about the customer :). Hope her manager realises is stupid dpd's fault and not hers.
