I have been with vodaphone from conception.It seems a lifetime,and it also seems a lifetime trying to get through to customer service.When I have done, my complaint goes unheeded. No such word as loyalty to customers pity.The company better start thinking a fair deal To keep customers,or its the end of vodaphone.Another pity as I used to swearby them as being the best out there. Someone I know told me his aunty was married to xxxxxxxxxxxx who started and owns the majority of the company. Was I impressed NO!I had the worst brown service then 10yrs ago and still have the same level of service now!Do they care NO!
