Was looking to change my Phone at Xmas time the casing had broken, called in to our local shop and was instructed to call back at Easter time as that was the earliest they could change, so armed with the dates available, called back in, had a good idea what in was looking for HTC, and the assistance asked for the details and said the next date I was able to change was the 6th June.??? Well confusion set in, I explained that I was told by the manager of the shop on what date to call in, and all I got back “I’m sorry the contact date have been reduced for 70 days to 50.
So I asked again when Vodafone was going to inform the customers of the change, well I just got blank look and no words spoken, might as well been talking to the wall.
Went home and was doing a bit of research “Phone 4U”came up a treat with a good package and best of all a lower cost, with great phone service one-one
So decided to ring 191 and generally ask why “Phone 4 U” can beat the cost and give a better service, as soon as I got through and explained what
Phones 4 U had offer me the phone operator set the phone down …totally un professional
So a letter of complaint was wrote asking for the Team manager to ring back or e-mail me ( to date I’m still waiting) for a large company this is totally unacceptable, and from what I’ve heard of my other friends this is not the 1st time this has happen
So Vodafone (Manager /Team manager/ whoever up the tree) grow a set of balls and get the company to respect your customers who pay your bills,
So anybody looking for a good service go to “Phones 4U”
