Rubbish service, rude customer service advisors, if you pay your bill ONE day late not only do they stop your entire service they also shut down your online account so you can't pay your bill that way either , you can't talk to or get through to the customer service advisors if your lines off (even to PAY your bill) the only option is to call their 08700 number and pay by card..god forbid those with no landline! The company is poor and it Shows! Their and it shows.. They make T-mobile look like geniuses and o2 like royalty! ...so if you have money to waste please join they need all the Charity they can get!
