My son has been with Vodafone for 4 years. He lost his phone on 28 Feb rang vodafone and they explained that it will take 7 days to receive proof of usage for the insurance to replace the phone. It's now 2nd April and just spoken to vodafone (5 calls made so far!!) and they have told me it could take another 28 days to receive this information.
Still need this information but my son has been without a phone and still no light at the end of the tunnel.
