“Poor business customer service”

A 10yr client spending £1400 a year. Due to a faulty phone I was unable to do business, they did nothing to sort the phone problem and cost me £100's in lost income,I explained this to the staff they had no interest in doing anything whatever to make amends.
I'm off to Orange.
