Renewed phone contracts having been with Virgin for many years. But they kept overcharging me for the one phone and not taking the customer loyalty discount into account. 6 months later, numerous phone calls, two visits to the fairly local store and I eventually got it sorted. No contact from them, no real apology and no effort to put things right. Will stop using them as soon as I can. Wouldn't recommend anybody to use them.
