Waste of money

Data coverage is terrible - I used less data on average than with my previous contract despite upgrading to an unlimited package, simply because most of the time I had no signal. Looking for a cause I found a page on their website stating that is was a known problem with android phones because of the way the network switches between virgin and orange/t-mobile - they kept that quiet in their advertising!

Couldn't get voicemail or international roaming set up at all despite following their instructions, unacceptable since I use my phone for work. Couldn't get through to their support line either so no help there.

Two months in they sent a letter advising hat the cost of my sim-only 30-day contract was increasing by ten per cent - not a chance, off to EE where I've found the coverage and service much better already.

Usually I'm really happy to use Virgin services but this really isn't up to scratch. Very disappointed.
