Been with them for 6 or so years. Never really had a problem till this year when I upgrade my tariff. I was promised a tariff of £28 a month with a Samsung 4s mini. Well the phone broke after a month, not their fault and fair enough they wouldn't fix it because I had no insurance.The issue I have is I was charged the £28 the first month and then after that it went up to £48. I called them about this, they apologized and said it would be sorted for the following month. It wasn't. I called again and again they apologized, promised it was fixed and wouldn't happen again. It wasn't. I have called every month for 4 months and I get the same thing said. I have no phone and am being charged almost double what I was promised. they really do not seem to care about their customers.
