Signed up to their VIP15 Sim only package, got a letter £1.50 a month increase = 10% increase emailed customer services, They did not reply, rang twice to get my pac code to leave, not yet got it,they claim their system is down? and were they bothered about my request? Not a chance.
Avoid like the plague!
