I have had nothing but problems with my contract with Virgin. I have a two year contract with them and can not wait until it is finished and I can move elsewhere. I have about 10 months left!
Virgin have messed up my allowances and over charged me on several occasions. Every time I have a problem it means a lengthy phone call to Virgin to try and resolve the problem. Virgins call centre is in the Philippines so it is very difficult to sort the problem out. Many times they say sorry and tell me it is all sorted when it's not. This means further phone calls and a lot of frustration!
I can not believe how many times they have messed up my bill. It's one problem after another with Virgin. What seemed like a good deal at the time is just not worth the hassel.
If your thinking of trying Virgin mobile...Don't do it!!
