“Stay away!”

People stay away! This is the worst mobile service imaginable. You will be stuck with a lemon that doesn't work, and you will be (falsely and illegally) told that you must remain in contract until the end. Not true. When you report them to Trading Standards - as I have had to do - you will be told that whether through equipment failure (my case) or poor customer service (my case), Virgin can be in breach of contract and you can legally terminate.

Virgin is not a phone service. Richard Branson can barely run the trains on time. And he should be grateful that other people laid the cables for 'his' broadband years ago.
