“Terrible customer service”

Fine till you get a problem, but if you do get ready for a terrible experience. I have never dealt with a company who deliver so far below what they promise. They seem more interested in covering their own backs than providing any level of customer service. Three promises of callbacks from managers never made, now I just want to get away from this awful company that I have been with for over 15 years.
