I work 13 hours shifts as a nurse, and my phone recently broke I rang the call centre and they said the department i needed was closed and to ring back! surely I work 13hours so can they! I could never ring at the right time and now i have just accepted I will be paying for a dead end phone. Now have an iphone thank god with tesco! virgin are the worse company ever
