Worst customer service
They don't paying their workers
Always changing offer
They don't paying their creditors
They will everything for free
I have ordered free SIM card. I received after 4 months.... I just topped up, read on their website, there is a promotion in force, top up with 20£ you will receive minutes for 40£.
Of course not... I called the customer service. They just switched me to another person, after 30 minutes waiting she said, the promotion is over bu we have forgotten to remove from our website....
One of my friend worked for Vectone in 2011, he said this company has not any idea about the work.
The management doesn't understand what is the business, they won't pay for debtors, lot of overdue invoices, and they simply kick out the employers if they have some good idea. The employes must finance all of their travel cost if they going for an event, to make promotion for the company. And Vectone expect from the workers to working from 9 to 9 pm and also on weekend. Of course they doesn't pay for that.
My friend said he was so happy to find other job, and he is avoiding everybody to get in touch with Vectone.,.
