After using this network for 4 months and having dealt with their customers services a few times I can say that vectone is the most amateur and unprofessional mobile phone network in uk.
Customer services will put your phone down and their email service will not answer. Be prepared to travel to your bank to cancel their direct debit as they will not do so themselves (will continue charging despite of being told you want to quit their network)
