“Stop using vectone mobile”

I topped up my phone 10 pounds but when I checked my bank account I found they took from me ( 10 , 5 , 5 , 5 ) pounds without any increasing in the balance . I tried to phone vectone mobile to knowing the reason. They told me to provide them bank statement. After that no any reply and they did not refund the money. I advise everyone not to use this company.
