I ported my number into Vectone, but my old number cut off without transferring. After a 3 calls to customer service, I connected to someone who did at least have a basic grasp of English (the other two could not string a sentence together!)

My phone eventually worked and they sent me a message saying "Your number is transferred. Now celebrate joining us by 2 months free 100mins and text to any UK network and 100MB internet". They didn't add this bonus and instead charged me.

An HOUR onto customer service and eventually caved into paying another £1 to get my PAC number.

Only giving it 5/5 for network coverage, as they use Orange/Tmobile.
