“Customer Service is non existent - robots - STAY AWAY”

Where do I begin??? I ordered a sim only 1 month contract which has never worked and they themselves can't seem to solve the issue. I receive empty promises of a call back but they never come. WhenI call back they ask me the same questions they asked me the day before, 3 weeks later, I'm frustrated and have come to the realisation that they have to be taken to court. “Good tariffs, awful company ”

The tariffs are a good deal and as long as you don't have to use their customer service then you would probably be happy. However, if you ever need to use customer service (you will) then you will soon realize just what a shambolic operation they are running. Firstly, you are likely to be on hold for quite some time (this does seem to be improving though). “Worse than calamatous!”

I joined TPO on pay as you go and wanted to port my number. When the number was ported and I was apparently up and running, I could receive calls and texts but couldn't make any calls or send texts, nor could I get on the internet. I rang this incompetent company on a daily basis - I was on first name terms with most of the operators! “Calamitous!”

Chose TPO for a monthly sim only deal. Intended to port my existing number to them. Paid 1 month up front, they said the sim will take up to 5 working days to arrive. It didn't, and after 2 calls they agreed to send another. 1 week later, still no sim. They agreed to send yet another. 1 day later 2 sims arrive, both with no mobile numbers on them. I love the idea of an ethical company with great coverage and a uk call centre, but in reality it isn't working. The donation to your chosen charity is actually really tiny (consider getting a cheaper tariff & donating the difference), the coverage is ee, so not the best where I live, and despite the customer service reps being in the UK, they appear to have little or no technical knowledge and can't/won't get anything solved or chase up resolutions from the technical side. “Non-existant customer support”

I've been with TPO since April and when things have gone smoothly, they've been decent. But whenever I needed to get in touch with their customer service team, its always taken FAR too long. I have NEVER been able to get through to them on the phone, only via their webchat applet, so if that bothers you, don't give this company your money. “Customer Service Not So Professional”
