Rude and appalling customer service agents that don’t care about resolving any problems the customer may have with their contract. I wanted to port my number and after over a week, numerous calls to TPO and having to wait on hold each time for hours to get through, I was still not able to receive incoming calls and texts. TPO have charged me an extortionate amount for data, that was supposed to be included in my monthly data allowance. I seems that in December they reduced my calls and data bundle allowance drastically but still continued to charge me £11.99 for the bundle, I was not aware of these changes and have checked my email account and to my knowledge did not received this email informing me of the changes. “Vastly reduce data plans with very little notice”

They are a terrible firm. They reduced my data allowance from 6GB to 1GB and only notified me by sending a email a few weeks before. I was on holiday and wasn't checking emails so missed it (yes that's my fault) but I think to move a customer to a 6th of their data plan (for the same price) giving just a few weeks notice is a disgrace. This would be why the company's stock has dropped from 130 to about 82, in only seven months' time. Get out while you still can.

I strongly suggest you not join, their deal is good to attraction, once you are TPO's customer, they simply don't care about the you. -They slash my contract from 6gb to 1gb, 2000 mins to 300 mins for the same money, with just 14 days notice. - charged full month payment for half with because my number transfer occurred in afternoon. - They just care about money, did not listen to me after multi time request. - I spoke to different staff, every one has same attitude, none of them care about… Read Full Review

Don't, I've had 3months of back and fourth and being ignored for a simple sim card fault, finally they send me a replacement, make me spend even more money calling them and it turns out they've posted me an invalid one! “Hidden terms and terrible arrogant customer service”

For a company that claims to be ethical above anything else, TPO fails miserably! All their unpleasant terms are hidden in the small print of T&C and nowhere available in the website or information sent to customers with the SIM card. “Misled by a greedy company”

Where do I begin??? I ordered a sim only 1 month contract which has never worked and they themselves can't seem to solve the issue. I receive empty promises of a call back but they never come. The tariffs are a good deal and as long as you don't have to use their customer service then you would probably be happy. However, if you ever need to use customer service (you will) then you will soon realize just what a shambolic operation they are running. Firstly, you are likely to be on hold for quite some time (this does seem to be improving though). I joined TPO on pay as you go and wanted to port my number. When the number was ported and I was apparently up and running, I could receive calls and texts but couldn't make any calls or send texts, nor could I get on the internet. I rang this incompetent company on a daily basis - I was on first name terms with most of the operators! Chose TPO for a monthly sim only deal. Intended to port my existing number to them. Paid 1 month up front, they said the sim will take up to 5 working days to arrive. It didn't, and after 2 calls they agreed to send another. 1 week later, still no sim. They agreed to send yet another. 1 day later 2 sims arrive, both with no mobile numbers on them. I love the idea of an ethical company with great coverage and a uk call centre, but in reality it isn't working.
