Been with tesco 4 years tried to upgrade waited in for days customer services told me phone be with you tomorrow 3 weeeks no phone told to cancel get phone from store i was told go to store get phone today no prob store 10 miles away told i had to cancel my contract 24 hours before i could have phone this happened twice did not have record of my cancellation had to cancel again.went back next day tried to put contract through error on their computer back again (meanwhile i had to go pay as you go on my old phone )after ringing cs before i left home told yes all ok go to store today very sorry etc etc got to store contract would not go through the phone i wanted was out of stock so i was advised to go for nokia 365 new on the market returned to store computer showing error again staff told me they would sort it out and ring me at home .(while all this was going on my old phone would not work on pay as you gotold i should have told them i wanted to go pay as you go as they told me this was what i would have to do surprised at this)I rang the store told the software had not updated on their computer as phone was new to market .by now spent hours on phone and instore got phone no picture message rang cs told needed settings they gave them not working rang again told me settings not right tried again not working went away for 2 weeks went to store on return as advised by cs man in there tried failed told to come back did so he rang customer care spent nearly an hour while he tried differant settingstold to try new sim he did no luck told phone was faulty and had been all along got home rang cs got sarcastic person i refused a repair in the end was told I could have a replacement but not a diferent phone which i wanted cause there is a problem with settings for nokia 365 but had to wait six days sent a jiffy bag and when they received phone i would get new one take about 1 2 weeks i wanted to get new phone from store told store phone staff nothing to do with them i would have to go into store and see if they would exchange it asked if store called cs would they confirm phone faulty they refused to do this spoke to supervisor who would not listen to me just kept repeating their policy is to send jiffy bag and make me wait 1 2 weeks if this is a supervisor Tesco need to retrain all their cs staff lots more happened but dont want to bore u stupid going into store tomorrow wish me luck lol never ever get a mobile from tesco PSthe guy in the Pontypool store was great trie his very best they should get him to train their cs staff
