I ordered a phone on pay-monthly from Tesco Mobile ten days ago. After hearing nothing for five days, I called their (0845) call centre. After 20 minutes, the various operators I was transferred to concluded that they didn't know why I hadn't received it and would call back later. they didn't, but i received a cancellation email because I hadn't signed a credit agreement that they never sent me.
I restarted a second order (i'm a glutton for punishment). 24 hours in - no credit agreement. I called the call center again - no one knew why, so they'd send me the emails "again" (first time if so). No emails arrived, so two hours later I called again. It "takes four hours for emails to go out" the operator said...
Another 18 hours later, no emails, no order, no trust whatsoever in these incompetent idiots. Avoid Tesco mobile like the plague.
