It seems you get what you pay for, Tesco may be cheap but if your phone fails even under warranty the replacement/repair service is rubbish.
They have had my Blackberry Bold for 2 weeks and they called to say they are waiting for replacement parts but could give no idea of how long this might take, although the maximum is 28 days before sending out a new phone.
Not good enough Tesco send the new one out when you realise the part is out of stock or at least a temporary handset.
