I took a line which was capped.and they confirmed me i will not get any charge from inclusive min cos will not let me go over inclusive minute.
but after 1 month the bill me £64 instead of £12.when i call them to know about that bill,replied that it was not on capped.for their won mistake they are asking me to pay £64. i would have leave the tesco network but i am on 12 month contract.
though i was on 1 month contract before but they offered me to go for 12 month so that i can pay less.
i am so upset.
plz don't relay on them they are rubber/mugger taking money from people like that. pretending that they are giving you extra benefit and putting you in long contract and forcing you to pay the amount that you are not responsible for that.and cant able to cancel the contract.
if some one know how i can get justice.
