I have two sim-only plans which were due for up-grade. I followed the link for upgrades and offers and found it very easy to up-grade both sim only plans.
I have been a TalkTalk customer for several years and have always been happy with the service provided and this method of upgrading both of my sim only plans was very simple and easy to use.
