I ordered the free SIM card in November. I received an email from you acknowledging the order stating delivery would be in December. So far, I have not received my order and so I have placed a further order today.
I have tried, without success, to determine the present position with the order by visiting my account online. I am in the position of not knowing whether the SIM has been despatched and if it has gone astray.
