Tried to upgrade my phone as contract had expired. Wanted after careful consideration a Kindle HDX with Samsung S3 as advertised for over a month, at £35 per month. Tried to order on-line but doesn't realize you are upgrading so had to call. Placed order with an agent who agreed everything OK and email confirmation would follow, plus confirmed prices and plans etc. Received a call from customer renewals told them I had just renewed and upgraded. They said that there was NO RENEWAL or UPGRADE detailed. Took order again and then said KIndle HDX discontinued not available. Told her it was available on website and person could order. After 1 hr she informed me that not available on upgrade system only to NEW CUSTOMERS. Told her this is not clear on website. waiting for callback from a manager.
