I logged into my talktalk account and an offer came up
£5 per month galaxy y 100 mins a month 1gb data
thought why not

I placed an order online and got my phone the next day
which was today i was i bit confused the phone came
the sim came but there was not phone number to activate the phone
it wasnt on the sim its self it wast on the box no where i called
talk talk they said i didnt have a mobile phone contract with them
after 4 hours on the phone today i am still at a loss what to do next
i have a new phone (locked) with talk talk who dont know anything about it bloody weird

I've just got one of these today from talktalk, according to the dispatch confirmation email the number comes in a separate email. Phone arrived but no email about the phone number so i called them to ask them about it and they gave me the number. Only problem now is it says i have a full signal signal but wont ring out, it just says no network available. The phone we recieved however isn't locked to the network, when we put in the sim card it asked us which network we wanted, then tried it with an o2 card and that also worked. If the worst comes to the worst i'll just carry on with o2 and give them a fiver a month to pay for the handset.
