Mid Tenn recently upgraded to 4G, I lost signal at home. Called to get some resolution, told engineers would look into it, 2 months no response. Went to store, Was told it was "No sweat off our back" if I went to another carrier, tried to get attention through social media, blocked me form their fourm.
