I have recently been completely screwed over by t mobile.I am being told by a government agency that an employee of t mobile has hacked my account and stolen my identity.I have not had service for several days because of this and t mobile refusses to do anything about it.I have been to different locations and on the phone with them for at least 20 to 25 hours,To let you know I used $20 of skype credit trying to sort this out,since they illeagally and fraudulently shut my phone off.
I would never use t mobile if you are with them now you should cancel your account immediately,the government agency that is investigating advised me to contact my bank and tell them to refuse any charges from t mobile.
There is obviously some imoral,illeagal,and criminal activity going on within that company...
In short.....RUN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
