Bought from Ashton-U-Lyne a card with promised 10 gig of data for the next 3 months, (all for £15) had just signed on and a message came up out of data, so went back to the shop and they said there had been a problem and within 24 hours the data would be on there within 48 hours, though could take as little as one hour. Had to prove my identity to an Asian on-line 4 days later still nothing so are working with 3gb data-card bought there at the same time with a dongle. Not much fun when your phone supplier stops all forms of communication on both mobile and computer. But at least I have 3gb data (£27)and no refund for the paygo card, but seemingly when female assistant changed the sim "put the phone down as another data plan", so two males said when female was not present, but there you are went onto Vodaphone and got a rewards plan and hey can talk,text and internet, which coud not do on the t-mobile phone card. All up and running within ten minutes.
