Went to EE shop walsall for a sim to transfer husbands phone number to iphone, was given chip got home and was wrong size chip even though had shown assistant the phone, went next day to change to correct size and was told no because its not my phone and data protection which is fair enough had I known i wouldnt have made 2nd trip without husband, explained didnt have husband with me on 1st visit, didnt apollogise just sharply said well it shouldnt have happened if your unhappy call customer services very rudely/ Took husband with me on 3rd visit, no apollogy made to him for changing sim 1st time without his permission, asked to go on sim only contract, but they were unable to do this as husband didnt have his card with him only mine which is same joint bank account and we were both present, so in end came out of shop and signed up with 02. Very productive staff you have at walsall Not!!!!!
