stay away :(((

This company is full of hidden charges and very unprofessional customer services.

I had numerous issues through out my 2 years of contract. These includes briefly

1- Changing of price plan to higher rate with out any notice or permission 
2- No refunds for incorrect amount charged, no matter how many times you ring them or they promise you 
3- customer services will promise you some thing and your bill will show some thing else. You will hear utter lies every time you call them 
4- increase in rates with out any notice and you can't do any thing as this will be in keeping with inflation! however you salary my be deflating! 
5- appauling and unwelcome calls from customer services every now and then while at work to buy some thing more as you are there ** valuable customer. 
6- While abroad if your phone automatically recieve voice mails and you have not even listen to them you end up paying for the automatically recorded voicemails!  
7- In the end you will be tricked by your last bill where if you move on the last day or even few hours before your contract finish you will be charged 40 pounds early leaving fee !!! and if you leave next day then you will be charged monthly rolling contract and fee. 
So stay away if possible
