I just tried to cancel a relation phone contract and they asked to speak to them before I spoke on their behalf which is normal. However they couldnt even find the right phone number and said there was two numbers under 1 account . As a result we had to go toa store to sort it out and cancel the contract which took about 30mins. Finally done and would never go back as all the problem was a payment was still being processed.
