Well franky I was panicking after reading lots of negative reviews.
I lost my phone yesterday, reported more or less straight away.
And this morning my new phone arrived.
No it was not an old crappy one. It was a brand new upgraded model of the one I lost.
Very Very happy expecially as I am 4 wekks from my contract finishing. I thought they would palm me off with any old thing.
The only negative thing I have to say is T Mobile the person who I spoke to there was an absolute idiot. Despite me telling her numerous times I still had my sim (looonnngg Story).
She still managed to block my sim, despite my repeatedly asking her not to.
she also asked me had I managed to retrieve my phone from dont the Grid on the street where I dropped it (As if). And then telling me I had to report it to the police.
Dont understand reporting a LOST phone to the police. Safe to say I ignored that instruction and the lady at Fonesafe never said 1 word about phoneing the police.
Fonesafe will use again. T Mobile not. Twice I have phoned there call centre and twice I have dealt with what can only be described as idiots.
This review I will post on T Mobile as well.
