I have been on hold for over a half hour now and decided to write a review. I purchased two of the new Galaxy 3s phones roughly a month ago. They hardly work always freezing, kicking me out of programs, opening random programs, etc. I have had two replacements. Which has cost me several hours of waiting on hold, traveling to t-mobile stores, and waiting even more for the replacement. I have always paid my bill on time never had a problem until this year. Customer service is horrible, the automated service is even worst. I would recommend paying a little bit more for an honest company that reduces all these factors I will be canceling soon. Don't sign up with t-mobile!
