I've been with T-Mobile for around 2 and a half years now, they were one of the few contract providers that would accept me despite the fact that my credit score is quite low. I started with a £70 credit limit and have now worked my way up to £400. I love that they don't charge you extra for going over your internet allowance, as a lot of companies do, and I think that their deals are value for money. Not long after I renewed my contract I switched tariff and went onto the full monty 36, which is a total bargain, I get 2000 minutes, unlimited T-Mobile to T-Mobile minutes, completely unlimited texts and completely unlimited internet which I can also tether to my laptop to use as broadband. All that for £36 a month and VAT is included in the price!!

I have also taken out additional products with them and had no problems.

I took out an iPad on a £25 a month contract but didn't like it and contacted customer services to cancel and return it. The staff were very helpful and cancelled the iPad for me as soon as they recieved it. I also had a mobile broadband dongle (£10 a month) with them which I was very happy with but cancelled that recently as there didn't seem any point having it with my new tariff. Again customer services were great and cancelled it for me with no problems. Every month I had the dongle I went over my allowance and not once did I pay a penny extra for it, you can't fault that!

The only negative thing is that the coverage has become rather poor since they started network sharing with Orange. That is undoubtedly the WORST decision tmobile have ever made. However, on the whole I'm very happy with them.
