too many things to mention without writing a novel, but i recommend to anyone avoid taking a contract out with this company,. i have three, and cannot wait for all them to expire. yes they may have some of the cheaper offers on the market, but remember this, buy cheap pay dear! with tmobile this is cetainly the case. as a hgv driver i can tell you their coverage, desipte what ever their claim s are, is the worst, even coupling up with orange. if, or should i say when, you have a problem you will end up speaking to someone in india, or an american, neither of with have a clue about customer sevices. if they want to sell sometning, conviently it is a coherent brit that puts more spin on you would think you was talking to alitair campbell himself! they added 6 months onto my contract term. i requested a recording of the phone call to prove the length of the contract to be informed it "might take some time"(data protection act anyone?), only to be told(weeks) later all calls are deleted 20 days later(conviently). i sincerly hopes a company director reads this, as, your shoddy treatment of myself alone has directly cost your company thousands by word of mouth alone. if a company deserves to go under, then tmobile are certainly up there!
