I was with T Mobile for 11 years. 10 of those I couldn't really complain. Last year I had a problem with my ex, and I had a court ordered pfa against him. I needed to cancel him off of my plan, and T Mobile still charged me for breaking my contract, to remove him from my line. I was disappointed that even though I was staying with them I still had to pay to get him off my plan, even with a pfa, it's not like I was just canceling cause I wanted to. I let that slide and I continued with my service with them. So 4 months ago I get this charge of $15 on my bill for some market thing that I have no idea what it is for. I called and talked to a rep and told them I did not ask for that, and I wanted it off my bill, and the charge to be removed as well. I was assured that it would be taken care of, long story short I called 3 times after that total of 4 months being charged for something I didn't even know what it was, and each time they told me it will be credited on my next billing cycle. All lies because not only did I have to pay for all those charges, they also charged me $200 to cancel my contract with them, even though the only reason why I was doing so, was due to their negligences. If they would have just taken care of the issue I wouldn't have had to cancel with them. I have never written a review on anyone, but I wanted to do this, so that it might save someone else a hassle with dealing with a company that has no regards for a loyal customer.
