So, after agreeing to an upgrade they send me the wrong phone (HTC XE. When I asked for them to send me the correct phone they said they do not actually do that model (HTC XL).

For the past month I have been trying to get the phone returned. Over one hour and a half waiting on hold or speaking to people who are simply incompetent, I still do not have a 'bag' to return the phone back to them.

The attitude of their staff is simply terrible, I would be sacked from my company if I had the indeptitude of t-mobile.

I warn all who read this, stay away from T-Mobile, they are the ultimate in rubbish customer service.
